Great service, friendly staff. Been a Howick local my whole life and frequented the store since it's inception. Even at the end of the business days there is a majority of the menu available and myself having many favorites have never been let down by the selection. Long live Jesters!

We have just returned from Jester Pies in Howick. We arrived just before 6.00pm. I wanted a Southern man, a Nutty Chook, a Spud Deluxe and a Kentucky Delight. All that was on offer was a Southern Man. Your counter person said that she would make some up but it was be 15 minutes. fast food, I think not! I said that I would be happy to take them home and heat them up.... They only come in twos. Not a option. I asked why so few at dinner time, I was told you shut at 7.00pm. Man Friday nights, we are usually just thinking of food at 7.00pm.
I brought in my flyer (which you obviously spent a lot of money on to increase your business) to go in the draw for the T.V and DVD, I left it behind. I expect it's in the bin now. I really wasn't happy with my experiance in your store and it won't worry me if I never go back. In this economy, I am sure if this was my business, and I have been in retail over 25 years I would be making deadly sure that all my customers were able to purchase everything I advertise right up to 7.00pm. Not just the left overs for the day. I might add that some pies you had full rows of but the empty lines were many.
It's like going to a fish & chip shop and not being able to get the fish. (really disappointing!! ) I hope my feedback will enable your business to be the best it can, mediocre. Also trained staff who can make decisions on maybe keeping at least two pies in each line until 7.00pm, and a little customer savvy may also help.
