7th May 2012 Purchased some boots from Amazon which fell apart, terrible quality. The soles appear to be made from what feels like hard play doh, soft and brittle. Needless to say they cracked apart after only two times of being worn. As I do not live in a main town I am unable to return to the store anytime soon so I tried to contact them on the one and only email address publicly listed. Have yet to hear back.
