Security and Protection of your goods Protection of your goods is our foremost priority. Sate of the Art software allows us to monitor all activity on site as well as entry to our Complex by electronic gate via your own personal code. Perimeter fencing, Security lighting and camera surveillance are throughout the Complex. Each unit inside the main building is individually padlocked with the main building alarmed. Outside units are alarmed. Additionally we are a multi-purpose site with several commercial clients running their businesses from our premises and calling into the site at all hours of the day and night. They have a vested interest the security of their site. Security Deposit A Bond of $50.00 is payable on commencing a Unit Lease.
