10th April 2011 Had to walk in with my expensive pair (worth NZD1100) for heel replacement and the woman made cringes and scratches whilst carrying out this simple job, WTH?

16th September 2010 Took a car key to be cut there, they cut a copy which didn't work.
Took the key back to be corrected and she managed to mix up the original and the copy and now the original does not work either. Hopeless!
I do not recommend this place at all!!!!
