Villas
207 single level villas ranging from one to three bedrooms with study and garage. All villas have been architecturally designed with professional interior decoration and exterior landscaping.
Your garden will be fully maintained but you can be as active and involved in the garden as you wish. You have a choice of 14 different floor plans - all with spacious living areas. Most villas have internal garaging, with nearly all villas having a north facing living areas with remote control electric tilt garage door.
Apartments
The 3 bedroom apartments have an ensuite bathroom All have 2 toilets and very modern kitchen. Apartments have either a paved courtyard or spacious decks.
The two bedroom apartments are 102m2 and the three bedroom apartments are 129m2.
