Hidden away in Alexandra's original business district, the Red Brick offers modern New Zealand cuisine in a quaint, relaxed atmosphere.
Seating a mere 25 people inside and a further 25 in the courtyard garden, making it perfect for a delightful, intimate dining experience or a cosy spot to enjoy a great local wine or beer.
The menu makes use of seasonal and local produce to create exceptional and unique dishes to satisfy the taste buds of the keen diner.
A focused wine list presents a fantastic selection of 'world class' Central Otago wines alongside a good selection of regional New Zealand and international wines.
The Red Brick is not ideally suited for children.
The Restaurant will open by appointment on Sundays and Mondays for groups of 6 or more.

2nd February 2010 My husband and I often holiday in Alexandra and have made the Red Brick Cafe our favourite place to go for wonderful coffee and devine food that is cooked to perfection and has flavour that just explodes in your mouth. We have always found the staff to be lovely and extremely obliging. The chef(s) are fantastic and even cut up my sons steak for him as he had broken his collar bone o couldnt do this for himself. AMAZING YUMMMMY FOOD! AMAZING SERVICE! This is the place to go for fine food served with smiles! THANK YOU RED BRICK CAFE STAFF. you all Rock! Or should i say Brick...LOL. :)
