Our company has been operating for some 25 years, starting in Powder Coating and moving to include wet spray on abs plastic, plus allow extrusion.
We operate a full pre-treatment system covering zintec, Electro, Gal, Steel and Aluminium using Henkel NZ products.
We operate four ovens - 2 conveyor 23m & 8m; 2 bathing 4.3m & 2.4m
Our tanks are tested weekly for premium performance.
We are proud to be ISO 9001 accredited. Our pre-treatment system is ROHS (Removal of Hazardous Substances) certified (European Standard).
Being ISO 9001 accredited means our processes are externally audited to maintain quality - and it keeps us on our toes!
