The Arline is a character 40ft kauri launch that has been providing a relaxing and highly successful fishing experience for more than 30 years in the Bay of Islands. We have: 85ft of fishing space so there is plenty of room to move around; lots of shelter and a good mix of seating and open deck. In short, we have something to suit everybody.
The Skipper has 47 years chartering experience in the Bay and the Deckie is the owner. This team is determined to give you a trip that you won't forget.
We targeting Snapper, Trevally, Kahawai, Gurnard, John Dory, Terakihi, Porae, Golden Snapper and Pink Mao Mao and occasionally catch Kingfish.
Depending on the season the variety can be large and varied.
We cater for all levels of experience, from beginner to expert. Bait, rods and reels are supplied along with plenty of shelter from the elements and a clean toilet.
Pickups from Paihia Wharf and Russell Wharf (by arrangement). Sole Charters available upon request.
