The Christchurch office was opened in 1995 to represent the company both in the city as well as the wider South Island property market. The office provides a full range of services for commercial, retail and industrial real estate, including sales and leasing, asset management and property valuations.
In May 2011 the Christchurch team of 18 dedicated and experienced staff relocated to new premises at Level 3, 112 Tuam Street. CBRE House is a new low-rise office building in the Christchurch Central Business District. The office is well located for the future redevelopment of the Christchurch central city.
The Christchurch office works closely with the five other New Zealand offices, based in Auckland CBD, North Auckland, South Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington, in providing a complete property service across New Zealand.
