I LOVE THIS SALON!!!!!

It is great to have a quality salon so close to home. They are always quick to respond to my emails and make appointments that suit my schedule. They work saturdays and sundays, perfect for busy working mums. I love my new look and appreciate Tracey's vision.

I have only recently discovered Fusion Salon and am so so grateful to FINALLY have found 'my' hairdresser. I have unfortunately been endowed with unruly hair and Tracey has been fantastic in not only completely taming it, but providing fantastic advice on styles and cuts which would suit my face and body shape, and also showing me what styles would suit me if I wanted to do something completely different should I be brave enough. Becky has also been amazing in helping me find colours that suit me whilst being a bit unique also. I love love love Fusion Salon and won't be going anywhere else ever again! Completely recommend them.

Fusion makes me happy :). I discovered this salon 5 years ago and I got hooked. Friendly atmosphere, professional team, good music, home baking. My husband is a loyal client and so is my sister; need I say more? Happy, happy, happy , happy

Love this local gem:) From the first visit I felt I found a hairdresser who really wants to create a style that is uniquely me. Love my hair and love what they do. It must be working too because I regularly get compliments - it's a winner!

Always exceptional service from a fab and friendly team! I have been a Fusion client since 2009 and have always been treated to thoughtful and individualised service from Tracey and Becky. They know what will work for my curls (and what won't). The consultation process is thorough and I always know that after spending a couple of hours in their care, I will leave feeling and looking revitalised. It took me a long time to find a salon that I felt I could trust with my somewhat unruly hair and I am happy to say that I have found it at Fusion - and better yet, they're out west and parking is a breeze! Highly recommended!

Don't go there if you want a color! I ended up with a color lighter on the top of my head than on the length. The owner wasn't happy I've waited 10 days to say I was unhappy about the color. I was actually waiting to see if it would improve with time. She gave me an appointment 2 weeks after my call! So I waited 2 weeks and took the day off because it was right it the middle of the day. It was really hard to get her to understand what I wanted: 2 shades of brown (I never had a problem with that request in the past in any other hair dresser) and please NOT lighter on the top of the head! After 5 minutes of discussion I could clearly see I was bothering her. I ask if it was possible to have a refund and left with my horrible color still on the head and nothing to do for the rest of the day. I am pretty unhappy about the experience...

Thank you for your feedback as a business we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers and we are very upset about this review. We believe we booked a re-colour as soon as possible for Camille as we are a small team and a busy salon the first appointment we had available was 2 weeks from her complaint, we will endevour in the future from this feedback to try to do re-colours more quickly as we employ more staff. Through consultation I realized I was unable to pinpoint the colour the client was trying to achieve and tried to clarify with visual references to help, I was then asked for a refund at this point, as a business owner trying to keep the client happy is utmost so I thought that giving the clients money back seemed like the best option. I found out after the client had left the salon she was still unhappy with our service and then we proceeded to offer her a complimentary colour to rectify the situation. I have been a hairdresser for 20 years and owned a businesses for 15 years. I am very passionate about my clients and hairdressing and have lots of happy clients and I am very disappointed we were not able to come to a win/win outcome for Camille although I do believe we really tried.
