"Warrants of Fitness": comprehensive fitness assessments including aerobic fitness and muscle balance
"Tune Ups": The Body Mechanics offer all the standard physiotherapy treatments mobilisation, massage, acupuncture, strapping and home exercises.
"Balancing and Alignment": Louise specialises in exercise rehabilitation including pool/hydrotherapy, pilates, and gym programmes. Body Mechanics clients are able to use the facilities at Alpine Aqualand and Alpine Health and Fitness while they get back up and running again....
Louise also has post graduate training in persistent pain " with a special interest in headache and low back pain.
