30th March 2011 I am a parent of two children who attend Everglade. I am just writing in regards to the overrall view of Everglade, as I have had three of my children attend this day care throughout the last 2 years. I am so happy and pleased with the running of the centre, my children have learnt so much and my friends and family are blown away with what they talk about and the knowledge that they know through the teaching that is taken place at Everglade, people are always asking which day care do your kids go too, and I am happy to say that it is Everglade. The atmosphere it brings is so neat, I LOVE the way that they are always changing the themes around and the room around I guess to make it more fun for the little ones but it is so neat to see and just to know the kids minds will be full of imaginations and amusing thoughts all the time. The teachers are so good with the children even the involvement in the Maori culture with the poi's and the costumes was so neat to see, my children have learnt a lot with songs and even the Maori prayer for food I thought is so cool. Just to know that when I leave them at day care they are so well looked after and in a safe environment with teachers that love what they do and have a heart for the children. The Supervisor looks after me and my family so well, and I really feel lik I am apart of a family, times when I was financially unstable she was so helpful in ways to help me and my family make things easier for me, the love she alsways shows makes me feel special ...... The food menu the children have everyday is very good and yummy, knowing that my children are eating healthy and also drinking water is such a blessing. Thankyou for the early input you put into my children's diets at such a young age has taught them a better and healthy way to eat and drink in the future. Not to meantion the day care trips that I have been on with them has been so fun and good information my children have learnt, great choices and good times we have had. My son who is now at school loved Everglade daycare, now I have a daughter who is turning 5 years very soon who will also be leaving everglade, sad to say but they have been so helpful in there little school groups that take place and the homework that she gets sent home with every week is so cool, I love doing it with her, thankyou so much for helping my chidlren in the transition of moving to school become so much easier, and giving them a good start in life. So thank you for the time, effort, love and care you have had for my children I would strongly recommend you to any parent in the future and know my children will very much miss being at Everglade day care the day they have to leave.

As you are all aware Morgan is turning five years old and is due to leave the centre and be off to school. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful and caring teachers at first steps everglade, who have previously cared for Nicole and at present morgan. The environment at Everglade has been nothing but excellent, the teachers take pride in what they do and show plenty of care for the children. It has been a wonderful expereince to come across such lovely teachers. As a parent it is extremely important and can be stressful when it comes to finding quality childcare. At first steps everglade, the service and assistance has eliminated this stress. Seeing my children smile from when they get dropped off to the time they get picked up provides me with enormous joy and certainty that they are in the best possible care. The expertise and the help from the teachers have been invaluable during the time Nicole and Morgan have been at the Centre. I really appreciate support and guidance of the upbringing of them both. Also the gft given to my new born, Melanie is also a delight. The team have not only provided superb service but have also gone beyond my expectation of care. I would fully recommend the centre to my friends and families for all the reasons above. Once again, I can't thank you enough and it has been all a pleasure to know each and everyone at the cente.
