My name is Heike Mc Cahon and I offer fully qualified, holistic, affordable and effective counselling and Family Constellation Therapy to individuals, couples and families in a peaceful setting in Christchurch.

Over the years I have developed skills in many areas including addictions, abuse, trauma, mental health and relationship issues of all sorts. I do counselling face to face or on the phone / Skype in a friendly and relaxed way to help you deal with a wide range of unwanted conditions.
To provide anyone with the opportunity for affordable counselling, I work with a sliding scale that takes clients' financial circumstances into consideration and my working hours are flexible to suit my clients' needs.
