Fantastic, friendly service, we really enjoyed dealing directly with the owners of the company. We were met at the airport and shown over the car, and all the accessories we'd requested were there. Our Subaru wagon was in good condition and we had no problems with it in very cold and icy conditions. Very reasonable rates, we'll definitely be using them again.

September 2012, Excellent,always used other more well known rentals, but Murray was great, family run feeling and good old fashioned service, meet at airport, drop off at airport,simple,and a great price, will reuse on our return in 2013 for sure. Thanks queenstown rental cars. Nick & Julie.

Excellent service and friendly owners who meet us at the airport.We were shown to our vehicle and also how to put chains on which was very important as we did need them in a big snow storm.Overall very impressed.Regards Rob
