Awesome service and yummy food...a great place to eat out with kids

Service was nice, the lady who served us was polite. I recommend their pizza just not so much the lasagne. It was a bit too mushy, I would have liked pasta sheets a bit crunchier. Other than that I would still dine at La Porchetta just stick to pizza :)

Over the last four months La Porchetta has become a standard for me and my wife, I just have one request, tomato juice is advertised on the menu and their drinks card with all the other juices at $3.90 per glass or $10.20 per jug but when I asked for a jug of tomato juice I was told they only sold them in the glass and well, please just change what you advertise or deliver the jug, we managed to get what was advertised at Lincoln Rd (La Porchetta). Still love the food and service.

Went to New Lynn and had a wonderful first experience. Was there for a birthday at first we arrived at 6.30pm we had been seated in a booth which was lovely but we had to elderly people with us that we knew would have a trouble sliding in and out of seats. When I asked if we could move to a normal table the waiter said that was fine. Drink orders were taken 5 minutes later,Brought own bottle of wine which is fine and uncorking fee is cheap at $3 per person includes wine glass, 1 of our diners wanted room temp beer which was possible after checking if they werent all in fridge after drinks came we place our starters order of 1 large meat lovers, 1 small garlic n cheese and 1 small forccia repinia. The starters came out 15-20mins later (about 7.15pm).
After our starters were finished and the waitress had cleared our table and put leftovers in takeaway carton we ordered our mains. Mains came out about 20-25mins later (about 7.40pm).
After our mains we then got the cake from the waitress that had stored it in fridge for us. We left at 8.20pm with fully tummys and a smile on our face.
Will be dining there again

Totally yummy food and at good prices. Only let down was the service at the time, but I think they had only been open for a week or two so I wasn't surprised. Hopefully the service has improved and I would go back again!!

Went here for my friends Birthday. We were around 10 of us. The food was exceptional and very reasonably priced.
There was a bit of confusion at the end as we were all paying separately. Staff were polite, friendly and very patient. We really appreciated it!!
La Porchetta New Lynn is a fantastic restaurant. I give this place a Thumbs Up :)
