Michael is a commercial barrister providing specialist advice and representation in New Zealand and internationally on matters involving commercial, financial markets, governmental and regulatory law.
Michael commenced practice at the independent Bar in New Zealand in 1995. Before then, for many years he was a senior partner in a major New Zealand law firm.
Michael is also closely involved in commercial public law issues and the development of legislation and public policy, both in New Zealand and overseas.
Michael's practice includes:
