28th March 2014 Allo Allo Appliances sold me a fridge-freezer with 18 months warranty. The freezer didn't work from the outset, it just iced up over a few weeks until the thermostat got encased in ice, then meat began rotting. Eventually, in mid Dec 2013, they said they would replace a part to fix. I'm still waiting at the end of March. I've left probably 20 or 30 voice messages since January. No answer. No callback. On the couple of occasions that I have managed to speak to them (by masking caller ID), they tell me something like "the part will be arriving tomorrow and we'll call to arrange when it does". Nothing has ever happened.
If you buy from these guys do not consider the warranty in your decision - they won't honor it in my experience. Be prepared to get it fixed elsewhere (or bin it) if it isn't in working order.
