Some of our courses:
Comprehensive First Aid: Our premier course, designed to meet the Department of Labours "First Aid for Workplaces " A Good Practice Guide (September 2009) requirements and the requirements of many industries and training programmes. Suitable for low to high risk assessed occupations. (Duration 12 hours)
First Aid Revalidation: Complete this course every two years to ensure that you continue to meet best practice requirements. Ensure that your certificate has not expired by more than 3 months as you will need to complete the full comprehensive course again. (Duration 6 hours)
Essential First Aid: For basic first aid skills and meets the Department of Labours "First Aid for Workplaces " A Good Practice Guide (September 2009) requirements for locations assessed at low risk. (Duration 8 hours)
Save-a-Life First Aid: For basic first aid skills or to refresh your CPR skills. (Duration 4 hours)
Electrical Workers CPR & Basic First Aid: Required annually for linesmen and other high voltage workers (or you can choose to complete this six monthly if the one hour Electrical Workers CPR Revalidation course is not available in your area). Duration 2 hours.
Level 3 Resuscitation: How to assess an emergency scene and use effective resuscitation including bag and mask ventilation, basic airways, suction and AED. Duration 5 hours.
Automated External Defibrillation (AED): The 2 hour course is appropriate if you have recently completed a CPR Level 2 course or equivalent.
Infant CPR Bag and Mask: Meets the requirements of midwives for infant CPR. Duration 2 hours.
Advanced First Aid: Comprehensive First Aid course with and additional module covering advanced skills, risk assessment, management and compliance. Duration 16 hours.
Pre-hospital Emergency Care: An advanced course, ideal for people wanting to extend their first aid skills or working in remote or high risk occupations. Duration 3 days.
