Since attending my first Nia class I have loved the sensation of form and freedom; support with the opportunity to play, explore and reveal spirit! I feel excited to share this with others.
I trained the White Belt Intensive in Sydney, September 2007 with Nia Trainer Ken Gilbert. Struck by the wonder and wisdom of this practice I have since produced three White Belt trainings in Christchurch. I feel deeply touched to have witnessed my and other students step in to train the White Belt Intensive with some graduates initiating their own teaching practices, supporting the evolvement of Nia in New Zealand!
