Just as a matter of follow up, wanted to pass on that following my sessions at the clinic and keeping up with the stretch programme, the crepitations in my neck and aching in the upper left back area have all but gone.
The x-rays I had done showed 'moderately severe' compression in the Thoracic area and moderate compression in the lumbar area, both of which the hospital ACC doctor attributes to 'normal' wear and tear.
I mentioned to you earlier on the therapist called Catherine I used to see years ago at Mt Eden and how effective her treatments were. Since then I haven't come across anyone to match the faith I had in Catherine, that is not until now - and I put the Wellwest team in the same category. The combination of therapy, education and awareness you pass on have been very effective and for that I am truly grateful.

I had been seeing Nick on and off for a couple of years and always been impressed with his skills and professionalism.This time I'd had a major accident and had a range of injuries.The one troubling me most from a functional perspective was a frozen shouler.A specialist had told me it was likely to be another 8 months before I regained function and movement.After a few visits over a couple of months I had regained almost 100% range of movement again.The work Nick did was excellent.His holistic view and understanding of the relationships between the parts and functioning of the body give me great confidence in him and his treatment.He has a lovely quiet gentle manner and explains everything clearly,seeking permission as needed.I'd confidently recommend him.

I do a lot of running have used both Kim and Nick for osteo treatments for various injuries and ailments. I have had fantastic results from them both and would totally recommend them for anyone looking for skilled caring osteopaths.
