Just ran my first marathon (the Arthur Lydiard marathon held in the Waitakere Ranges). Needless to say, my feet were battered and not up for the Auckland Marathon just eight weeks later, let alone any training in between. I went into see the physio's at PhysioOne after they were recommend. They arranged for an appointment after work, which suited me perfectly. I went into see the physiotherapist who diagnosed the problem with my feet, then suggested a number of ways to recover faster and get back on the road. After two visits I was back into training and had no problems with the Auckland Marathon, even after completing the run. Thanks to the guys at PhysioOne in Newmarket.
