I have been working in the NZ Property Market for last 6 years. I got to know about this site which is aiming to be one stop Property website for buyers, sellers, rentals and everything else related with property. I have found epropertystop a very useful tool in listing, searching and locating the properties. One of the great differentiators is the "Properties Wanted" section. This is a brilliant tool for anyone to list what they are wanting to buy, to rent and to lease. This information is then available to the sellers & agents who can then suggest their property to the buyer. Great features.
