I purchased 3 of these plug in Rodent Controls and none of them worked. I continued to have a problem with mice in my kitchen and I had a rat make a nest under the one plugged in the garage! I tried to return within the 30 day period and after 3 weeks and 3 separate phone calls I was told they would not take the return because I did not have the original packaging. I was very disappointed in the product and how the company dealt with me when I wanted to return the product - beware!
