- Access Control Systems - Many Centres have computer controlled access systems to restrict access to the storage centres. This is often linked to an electronic gate.
- Individually Alarmed Spaces – Many locations have alarms on each storage unit.
- Secure Fences + Lighting - Perimeter fencing, alarms and lighting add to the security of your goods. Some locations have resident caretakers.
- Daily Lock Integrity Checks - Our people undertake many procedures to add to these physical measures, including visual and lock integrity checks of every unit, every day. High security barrelled locks are installed on many units or are available for purchase if desired.
No Fixed Period
Self storage offers flexibility in your rental period. You can stay as long as you like without committing to a fixed lease term. Renting a self storage space requires rental to be paid in advance (usually monthly), and a refundable deposit (at some Centres) , and you keep renting the space for as long as you need to. This gives you great flexibility and allows you to save money.
