Before founding the SLM Group, director Sarah Lochead-MacMillan held a variety of senior banking roles, both in the UK and New Zealand, including working for Barclays PLC, Close Brothers and ANZ National Bank Limited. She also was the driving force behind the ANZ National Bank New Zealand Women(TM)s Network and has founded two networks for professional women in the Auckland area.
