Pure opened its doors In February 2008 with the aim to provide the neighbourhood with a fine, elegant restaurant that provides simple, modern European-inspired bistro style food. Our small award winning restaurant has an elegant simplicity, providing two dining rooms, the main dining room with dark wooden floors and tables, black banquettes and white linen napkins.
Our food, is light with clean flavours, cooked with the best New Zealand products, topped up with European ingredients & influenced by the owners Swiss heritage and training.
Almost everything is home made, from bread over pasta to ice-creams and desserts.
After successfully operating as a restaurant, we now provide our food only through CATERING and RENT A CHEF
