As complete beginners, we are finding the Flow Yoga classes a very positive experience. Good instruction with gentle guidance to improve in a peaceful setting. Everyone is made to feel welcome, whatever their experience or physical ability. Physically and mentally, yoga is a stimulating challenge and we're both sleeping so well!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic and fluid practice of synchronising the breath with movement to create a flowing & heated yoga class. ALL WELCOME
