theUNDERGROUNDbar is Rotorua's only New Zealand craft beer and wine bar. We've got the full range of Croucher Brewing beers on tap (Croucher brewing is the award-winning local craft brewery) as well as a selection of other craft New Zealand beers and wines.
We have a great bar snack menu, created and produced by one of Rotorua's best chefs, Mirai Sato from Rendezvous Restaurant (upstairs from the bar).
In winter the place is cosy with its own wood fire, and in summer there is a delightful garden bar.
