I would just like to express our satisfaction with our recent Apex car hire. We did two hires, one in Greymouth (return to Queenstown airport) and one in Auckland.
The cars were fine. However, what we particularly enjoyed was no additional sales pitch when we arrived to pick up the cars. We had pre-booked the full CDW.
Its the first time we have picked up a hire car and not had a hard sell on extras, even when we think we have booked full insurance.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be recommending you to others. If we should return to New Zealand (we would love to),
we would definitely book Apex again.
Anyway, thanks again for a positive experience.
