Independent Property Services is owned and run by Rosie Hodges, with the assistance of supporting staff and contractors. Rosie is a Property Manager and holds a Real Estate agents licence, and draws on a solid background in property ownership and management. She has 15 years experience.

Management Responsibilities:

* All staff and subcontractors answer to me directly.
* I set high standards and maintain them.
* Tenants are vetted by credit check and phone references.
* Consolidated report for accountant for financial year end.
* Rents are collected promptly and payments recorded daily.
* No tolerance for rent arrears.
* All income is paid to you monthly.
* Rents are reviewed and maintained at market levels.
* Regular 3 monthly property inspections are done by me personally.
* Repairs and maintenance kept current.

Property Inspections

* Rent Appraisals.
* Full photos of property prior to tenant occupation.
* Photos taken of problem areas for owner maintenace request, free of charge.
* 3 monthly report sent within 7 days of completion.
