Our passion and commitment is to advance the health and wellbeing of individuals through delivery of evidence-based mindfulness programmes that have been tested and proven over time, as well as to address the unique needs of organisations through customised mindfulness-based wellness programmes.
Neave and Betsy are registered mindfulness teachers with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia and New Zealand (MTIA), professionally trained to deliver internationally-recognised and research-based courses developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Together we have over 32 years of experience both practicing and teaching mindfulness to people from many walks of life and in a variety of contexts.
