Mostly neutral (read: we didn't have to deal with them for most of the tenancy) but there were major issues: a request for fixing a few things was enthusiastically accepted and then ignored (and what happened to that promised new carpeting?); they took bond for things we were not responsible for; and finally someone gave us an undeserved bad reference - they said we were 3 weeks behind on rent when we were never behind for a day. I see from the post above that they seem to be great for overcharging but if you are renting, beware.
