Locally owned and operated, Maree established Zen Counselling to reach out to people in need of assistance with life issues or concerns, challenges, inspiration, or just to provide a listening ear.

Maree is a Member of the New Zealand Association of Professional Hypnotherapists and the International Association of Counsellors & Therapists.

Zen Counselling services include two key areas of services: Counselling and Life Coaching. Maree's counselling services can help you to overcome addictions, process grief, loss and trauma and deal with stress and anxiety. She also offers couples counselling and can help you work through personal issues.

Our life coaching services can help you build self-esteem and confidence and achieve lasting change.
