17th January 2014 Eion looked at all my insurances and prepared a report on what coverage would be more appropriate for me. He then sat down and explained it all. It actually took a few times for me to grasp it because the industry has its own confusing jargon. But Eion did well at expressing things in layperson's terms so I got it.
