10th December 2012 I called Allo Allo to repair my Simpson Atlas Tempest stove as the bottom element was not working and the oven door seal had come loose. They repaired the element ok but I later discovered that the door seal was still loose and I could not close the oven door properly. I rang the company again and made an appointment for them to come back and fix it but no-one turned up. They were obviously not interested in customer service as I had already paid for the repair and I will definitely avoid this company for repairs in the future.
