By far the worse service in any flower shop in Auckland. Trying to sell old flowers without leafs and half missing petals. Last time I bought roses and salesperson ripped so many petals away, only 3 survived on each. The lady with glasses has the most disappointing customer service and is on the borderline of rudeness. No smile, no apologies, no welcome. If you are so busy to serve others, maybe you should hire more staff. And if you are this unhappy (lady in glasses), maybe you should stay home. I will work really hard to give you a bad reputation, there are many others who deserve the business. And finally, it would be nice to put price tags by each flower stand, so customers feel honesty.

I had the most amazing bouquet of flowers arrive in my office yesterday and they were truly magnificent. i've had a lot of flowers sent to me by so many other florists in AUckland, and these were by far the best. thanks Tomuri & co
