29th September 2012 Very poor service, very slack. Always made me to go to their office when prior arrangements had been made, then they never turned up when an appointment was made. Didn't keep up with paperwork. They kept on charging extra for unpaid rent when I notified them more than once of the change of bank account. And after I ended the tenancy agreement they still contacted me about payments as if I live there. Not quality at all. I hope they read this and take notice because they put a lot of unfair stress on me and I will never go with them again.
