15th May 2013 Absolutely terrible experience with them. I will never deal with any member of this company ever again. I had to chase the agent down for 2 weeks just to arrange a viewing for a property that I desperately wanted. They never got back to me to confirm the viewing time as was promised - and then on the day the agent showed up 30 mins late with no warning. We had to text said agent again to find out where she was. The tour of the property was quick and unprofessional - bringing your child with you is not a good look, nor is being late. Then telling us we have the property - then we don't - then we do - then we don't! None of our questions were given straight answers and the information we did receive was minimal. We felt messed around and that we were portrayed in a bad light to the landlords. In the end we just walked away.

18th January 2013 Will never rent with them again. Had to deal with 5 different people in their company just to sort out major security issues with the property. Lawns were never mowed (at landlords responsibilty). After 5 months of tenancy! Rental agents have no clue of correct procedures and no help at all when we have issues.
