I'm blacklisting Bart's Auto Services in Onehunga and warning people not to go there. They failed my car on it's WOF and quoted $428 + GST for work that needed doing. It was then taken to an AA testing station who said it needs 5 new bulbs , put them in at a cost of $30, and gave it a pass! Beware of rip off merchants!
