Prosper Curtin Photography provide Professional Portrait Photography in Hamilton; Family Portraits, Baby photography, Children & Pet photography. High quality photographic work at reasonable rates.

We are a portrait studio in Hamilton with more than 30 years experience. We do family sittings & pets, new borns, children and singles. The portraits are finished to the highest level possible.

We pride ourselves on taking photography to the next level, from a simple snap to artwork. Please have a look at the galleries to find the style of portrait you like.

I have been trained by E. Shapiro, one of the iconic portrait photographers in New York in classic portraiture (both low and high key) and have received awards for them in New Zealand and Canada.

If you prefer a modern approach with multiples, storyboards and Photoshop involvement, I am equally trained in that aspect.

For the last thirty years I have absolutely loved to photograph babies & toddlers, children, adults and pets.

What is involved in a sitting?

I try to make things as easily as possible for you:

• I will come to your home
• I bring lights and background
• It takes no more than 10 minutes to be set up.
• This means that you don’t have to worry about going outside
• You don’t have to find a place to park
• You can easily change clothes or use props
• You can easily include your cat or your dog or a any pet

At Prosper Curtin Photography we enjoy the creative production process that goes into developing the perfect photo, Photoshop post production is a sociality of ours that allows us to do the following;

• Combining images
• Photo retouching
• Digital Imaging

We are happy to work on pictures you have already taken as well.
