The Terrace Villas provide spacious and comfortable apartments located in the Wellington CBD region. Suitable for short and longer stays. We have 35 serviced apartments ranging from deluxe studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

We are linked to some of Wellington’s finest restaurants, and offer a fantastic “charge back” facility to our guests. We even have a unique pet friendly policy that allows your pet to travel with you.
26th November 2012 We enjoyed our three weeks at Terrace Villas as we transitioned to our new lives in Wellington. We had a one bedroom fully serviced apartment, it was incredibly roomy, clean and comfortable. Very close to town and many restaurants and bars, was a great way to get acquainted with our new city.

7th April 2012 Absolutely wonderful serviced apartment and hospitality. Any request submitted to the property management team was promptly supplied. The apartments are comfortable and roomy, a pleasant change from most hotels. Each room is unique and furnished with period furniture, suited to their architecture. It's more like being at home than staying in a hotel.

21st January 2012 I'm an Aussie and pretty fussy about accommodation, I like to be comfortable and think it's important to let people know what they should expect. I stayed for just over 6 weeks at the Terrace Villas and it was bang on. Nice big rooms, close to town, comfy, great service and well cleaned. Highly recommend.

18th December 2011 Comfy and sort of like being at home, well as best as it can be when you are away from your family in another city. The apartment had a calm atmosphere, there was plenty of room, good sized bathroom and bedroom etc. Hope to stay here on my next trip to Wellington.

Staff are helpful and happy to assist with any queries or requests. A great place for longer stays. Will recommend to friends and colleagues.
