"I LOVED Bollywood dancing, it was very much an outlet from the rest of my week! We had a whole lot of good plain fun, shared many laughs, and it was something you just felt good doing - both for those two reasons as well as for the exercise. For me though, I think my favourite part was the chance to just be feminine. Dancing, Bollywood style, totally feels like a celebration of being a woman, and of being beautiful. Because no matter what you feel like in front of the mirror, when you are flowing and moving with the music, using everything from your hands to your hips, you just feel so beautiful, in the purest sense of the word..."
