We were originally with another company, and was transferred to Oweb NZ when our company went under. We have had multiple problems with this company ranging from them saying they will post backup disks out and months later we were still chasing it up; our website becoming unavailable without notice for days on end and no means of being able to contact Oweb for them to update us or rectify the issue/s; and they never respond to tickers we submit for assistance or service support or faults which we need urgent attention with. Unfortunately they are one of the cheapest companies around but then their service corresponds... you get what you pay for!
