Our gym in Palmerston North includes many fabulous facilities including full cardio areas, a pedal zone, personal training, 2 class studios, radical fitness programs, an eXertone training system, an eXertrack circuit training system, a sauna and vertical sunbeds.
We provide our clients with full changing facilities and lockers. Make sure you feel your best when you leave the gym by making the most of our hairdryers and GHD hair straighteners " or just give your clothes a quick press using our iron and ironing board.
