Earthquake Strengthening We have successfully strengthened a number of prominent Wellington buildings using a wide range of leading building strengthening techniques, e.g. structural steel; concrete encased columns and beams; and rubber/lead base isolators. To date, in the greater Wellington region we have strengthened a number of key commercial buildings. These include Maritime Museum, Shed 21, Chaffers Park Apartments (all situated on the Wellington waterfront), and the Old BNZ building. Full Range of Commercial Building Projects We deliver the full range of commercial construction work, from new builds through to retrofits. Where required, we provide full project management for our building construction projects.

In addition, we ensure that on-site all health and safety standards are strongly adhered to. As part of our full project management service, we guarantee all council permits and resource consents are fully met, and where required, we guide you on any aspect of your building construction process.
