I have been going to Braziallian secrets beauty studio for well over a year now. I've always been a bit self conscious but was recommended to get my brazillian done here and my experience was as good as your first time can be (probably better than most) and I've been a dedicated regular ever since. I'm always made to feel absolutely comfortable and relaxed which is so imporant to me and the ambiance is so peaceful and claming as well as extremely organised and clean. Also having very sensitive skin the sugaring doesn't irritate and ingrown hairs are a thing of the past! The staff are so flexible and accommodating, I've cancelled and had appointments re-booked without a fuss! I recommend Brazillian secrets beauty studio to all my friends and to everyone else out there too!

I have been going to Brazilian Secrets Beauty Studio for over a year and a half now for facial and brazilian waxes. Sugaring makes my waxing experience less painful and my skin feels much better for it. The staff are incredibly professional and take a lot of pride in their work. I have never found the odd stray hair after any of my treatments and I always leave looking and feeling great. I highly recommend Brazilian Secrets and would never go anywhere else for my waxing!

Brazilian Secrets is the best! They use sugar instead of wax and the room is immaculate. I find the sugar less painful that traditional wax and there are no ingrown hairs. Brazilian Secrets staff are skilled and experienced and put you at ease. You feel you are in very safe hands! I've also found them to be really helpful when I have had to change my appointment and they've had to squeeze me in elsewhere so I don't get out of sync. I find their appointment reminder txt very handy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been here 5 times now, and I think this place really has a long way to go in comparison with a lot of beauty places out there. Firstly, out of the 5 times I've been, 4 times she has either a) double booked me b) forgotten my appointment altogether, and the one time she didn't, she asked me to wait twenty minutes while she ate some lunch. The service is really disorganised and it's left me really out of sync with my waxing, and I also have been to several places that have been less painful and quicker.

Hello Tosca1, thank you for taking the time to comment, we are of course very disappointed to hear your comments and have subsequently investigated this the best we can, we have taken on new staff but we also keep very detailed records of our customers with respect to the company’s performance, so far we have been unable to match so many service failures to one person in fact if someone is let down just once we address it smartly this is rare in itself, we have no record of ever forgetting an appointment but would like your help to find these errors. We must know you if you have been to us 5 times and would like the opportunity to apologise in person and sort through the issues that you have mentioned. As for the wax being less painful this is in contrary to virtually all our clients comments especially as we have designed the wax and treatment procedure ourselves specifically to reduce pain. We are generally very quick in treatments but when a treatment has taken a little longer it would have been to ensure you get the best results. Again please get in touch and we will do our best to remedy your complaint.
