Wouldn't use again. Rude service. Did not communicate what was happening. I was left to ask how long it would take and what the process was for a quote/bill. Was told like a school child what method I would use for paying the bill. Did not take off his shoes when coming in and out of the house. Overall, extremely controlling and not at all easy-going to talk to. Felt quite afraid in my own house.
