Absolute sharks! Have used them more than once unfortunately, so it's not a one-off complaint. Complete rip off and extremely unethical. No professionalism and overcharge every step of the way. It takes 2 people to do every job and they charge you double labour, even to install a plug point! Are known to charge up to 5 x their original quote Word of advice - STAY AWAY! BEWARE!!
