We have indoor swimming and Learn to Swim programmes all year round. During the summer season (December - March), the outdoor pool is open week days from 5.30am until 6pm and 8am until 6pm during the weekend. The hydro slide and children's(TM) splash pad are open weekends from 10am until 5pm during the summer. The splash pad has proven to be a great attraction for children with plenty of seating provided nearby for parents and care givers. A great day out for the whole family can be enjoyed at Lagoon Leisure and Fitness.

School Age
Classes for school age kids encourage water familiarity and personal safety in the water while developing a healthy respect for the child's own ability. Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly make up the four core strokes in the Y-Swim School programme.
Squad
Squad levels for kids refine the basic skills and build on the technical ability and fitness of the swimmer. Squad swimmers are introduced to racing techniques, time trials and competition.
Adult Learn To Swim
The adult learn to swim programme includes various levels to cater for adults who have limited or no swimming ability through to adults who wish to sharpen their technique.
