THE AUCKLAND CAT PRACTICE CATTERY
The Auckland Cat Practice has a dedicated cattery for short and long term boarding of your cat and welcome cats with ‘special veterinary needs’ such as diabetes or asthma. Feel free to discuss your cat’s needs with our friendly staff.
Each cat has its own spacious accommodation but “close friends” can share facilities if appropriate.
The Auckland Cat Practice Cattery can offer your feline family member high quality veterinary diets and if they enjoy something different we are happy to oblige, just bring in their special food and we will dish it up for them, just like home.
Being situated within a veterinary facility means there are vets and nurses on site and can perform health testing and surgical procedures during their stay if they required.
Each cat is assessed when they arrive at The Auckland Cat Practice Cattery and we will check their vaccination history, teeth, body condition, and de-worming and flea treatment needs.
Dental disease is the most common problem for middle aged to older cats, so if something needs to be done we will pick it up early and report back to you. There is no obligation or fee for this extra check.
We like to know that our visitors have returned home happy and settled, so you may receive a phone call the day after you collect your companion, just to check that all is well.
